Resource Management

Two primary resources drive progress in Galaxy Shield Tactics: energy and alloy. Energy appears periodically across the map and must be collected by tapping or clicking. Alloy is earned by defeating enemies and completing waves. Both are used to build new structures, repair damage, and unlock advanced technologies. Deciding whether to stockpile for future upgrades or spend immediately on repairs is a constant strategic choice.

Defensive Structures

Players can place a variety of defensive units along enemy routes. Some structures focus on area damage, while others target single, powerful foes. Walls and barriers slow down enemies, giving turrets more time to fire. Each structure has a cost and can be upgraded multiple times. Experimenting with different layouts is encouraged, as enemy compositions change from wave to wave.

Progression and Difficulty

Later waves combine faster enemies with tougher ones, requiring more complex defense networks. A progression system unlocks new structure types and upgrades as players reach certain milestones.
